Hotel with Resort Fee Non pet friendly resort The Plantation Resort on Crystal River is scheduled for a soft opening in January 2026, with a scheduled opening date of January 01, 2026. Currently the property is undergoing extensive renovations which are anticipated to run through late summer 2026. There is no scheduled construction taking place in the primary guest room building, the Rose Building, where the sleeping rooms will be assigned. The main kitchen, dining room, lounge and tiki bar will remain closed until further notice. Guests can anticipate a complimentary light continental breakfast served daily in the lobby lounge. During this period of renovation, there will be no other Food and Beverage offerings available on property. The hotel team will provide guest with a list of local dining options for their consideration. The Adventure Cener is open now 4 days a week and starting November 2025, will be open 7 days a week. The Plantation Golf Course will open 18 holes of golf in January 2026. The Golf Pro Shop will be operating in a temporary location while the main shop undergoes renovations. The Pro Shop will provide limited retail opportunities, snacks, and beverages. The above information is subject to change. Further updates regrading the renovation process will be provided if necessary. As of November 17th, 2025, the hotel has completed a limited reopening. The hotel has not yet been fully renovated back to its full operating status, and renovation efforts will remain ongoing. At this time: • 52 guest rooms – There will be no construction in the wing where guest sleeping rooms are located • A light continental breakfast is included with stay. There are no other dining options on-site (tiki bar and restaurant remain closed), but there is a large variety of dining options in close proximity to the hotel. • The pool & hot tub are open • The Adventure Center is open 7 days a week offering manatee snorkel tours, scenic river tours, boat rentals, etc. • The golf course is scheduled to reopen in the early part of January 2026 Please note that the above information is the property’s current status and is subject to change.
