A scheduled shuttle service will provide transportation to Universal & a Walt Disney World theme park. Shuttle times are subject to change so please check with the front desk team. Housekeeping will refresh trash and towels daily. A full cleaning will be done on day 3 and every 3 days after for guests staying 3 days or longer. The hotel requires a deposit authorization on a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any incidentals charges or damages. This deposit is per room and will depend on guest's length of stay. Authorization hold will be released at check-out and may take 3 - 5 business days to reflect in the account. Pool Hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Fitness room available in lobby area of hotel.
