BOOKINGS:All bookings must be accompanied by at least one "principal name" of client per room or apartment. Rooms or apartments of the same reservation must be booked on the same meal plan. Bookings that do not meet these requirements will NOT be be considered as compliant. Bookings with multiple diets will not be accepted. Name changes will NOT be accepted. The "main name" that appears on the booking must coincide with the "main name" on the voucher, otherwise the establishment reserves the right to admit the entrance of the client. The hotel reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel a reservation received automatically through its reservation integration system, if within 48 hours it finds that there has been a computer error in the reservation. In bookings of 3 or more rooms or apartments: they must be confirmed by the establishment, even if they are booked in different booking references. CHECK IN y CHECK OUT: In APARTMENTS; the apartment can be accessed from 17:00 hours, and must be vacated before 10:00 hours on the day of departure. The late check-out service until 18:00 hours is available upon request and availability with charges. On arrival a deposit per apartment is requested by credit card as a security deposit. This deposit is released 48 hours after the departure of the client after a satisfactory departure. CLEANING: The apartments are delivered clean and with bed linen and towels. The daily cleaning service with change of sheets and towels is upon request and with direct payment per apartment/night. The specific restaurant will be assigned by reception at the time of the guest’s check-in, based on availability at that moment. Please note that transportation between the hotels is at the guest’s own expense.
