The reception is open from 08:00 to 00:00. All customers arriving after 00:00 must inform and provide a contact (phone or email) at the time of booking. We have small safes at the entrance of the hotel with code access to the room keys and it is necessary to give instructions to customers on how to retrieve the room key and enter. We do not have someone waiting for the customer to check-in. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room. Opening hours are from 08:00h to 10:30h
