This area requires consistent parent/ guardian supervision, No supervision can be provided by the staff in the cabanas. There will be no babysitting services in the Family Area. Meal services will not be provided at the Family Area. Only complimentary water is provided. From October 20th, the Family Area located at the Air-Conditioned Cabanas at the Royal Pool will be closed. Option 2: EXPLORERS KIDS CLUB AT ATLANTIS, THE PALM: Advanced booking not required (based on availability). Guests should manually register their children or to request assistance from staff . Valid for three daily sessions (10:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, 7:00 PM–11:00 PM) for all room categories. Age restrictions: Soft Play area is available for guests aged 0 to 3, who must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Atlantis Explorers Club welcomes children aged 4 to 12. It is a child-only space, and all explorers must be fully potty-trained. Complimentary water is provided throughout each session to keep little adventurers refreshed. BABYSITTING SERVICES : Babysitting services for Atlantis The Royal guests will be available either in the comfort of their room or at the Atlantis Explorers Kids Club at Atlantis, The Palm. 24 hours advanced booking is required. The Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis, The Palm will be temporarily closed for renovations starting 03 August 2025 until Q4 2025 (Exact date of opening to be advised closer to date). The hotel ATLANTIS THE ROYAL DUBAI is located in the vicinity of a private beach. There is a shuttle between the hotel and the airport (for a fee). On the beach are sun loungers, sun umbrellas and beach towels available. Cold drinks are served at the bar on the beach.
