Rates are per suite are inclusive of full board (3 meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including soft beverages) plus 2 on-site activities per person per night. Any additional activities will be charged directly to the guests. On-site activities included are wildlife drive, guided nature walks within Al Maha’s nature reserve, archery, falconry, camel trekking and sundowners (signature activities are not included and at charge) Certain on-site activities offered may be cancelled without prior notice should it be deemed that prevailing climatic or other conditions would make activity participation sufficiently hazardous or uncomfortable. Any participation in on-site activities shall be strictly at the client's own risk. The Resort shall not be held liable for any injury to persons or loss of or damage to property caused directly or indirectly by reason of any circumstances including inconvenience, accident, mishap, indigenous wildlife, expense or delay be yond the Resort’s control. Clients will be required to sign a waiver at check-in at the Resort, a copy of which will be provided to the Company in advance upon request.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Note: Reservations for clients with children under 10 years of age shall not be accepted unless the entire resort is booked by that client upon prior arrangement with the resort. The company must verify the ages of any children included in a family booking prior to acceptance.
