Facilities: Built in 2001, renovated in 2015. 6 floors, 3 lift, 316 units.

24-hour reception, safety deposit box(payable), laundry (extra charge), free Wi-Fi, main restaurant with open terrace, lobby bar, conference room ( capacity 50 pax). All indoor public areas and rooms are non-smoking.

There are no rooms for disables.

All units have telephone, mini fridge, central air conditioning, carpeted floor, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, balcony/terrace overlooking the pool, park, resort. Mineral water is served daily in the room.

Free of charge: Children’s section in the outdoor pool and a mini water slide, kids club / 4 -12 y.o/, children`s playground, baby cots (on request, free of charge), highchairs in the restaurant, animation for kids, baby food warming /on request, children’s menu.

 

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor swimming pool,  sun beds and parasols by the pool; daytime animation and sports activities - aerobics, aqua gymnastics, table tennis, darts, Fitness in the garden. Pool towels are provided against a deposit.

Payable: laundry, safety deposit boxes at reception, massages, MPM KALIANA GARDEN BEAUTY and BODY treatment area .

Parking:  Limited parking spaces available for hotel guests with an additional charge, subject to availability. Price: 25.00 BGN per day, per car
