The hotel is located in St. St. Constantine and Helena resort, 50 m from the beach.

Built in 2018, 5 floors, 4 lifts, 225 rooms, own garden. Reception, credit cards accepted, safety deposit boxes in the room (free of charge), AC, Wi-Fi in common areas and in the rooms, main restaurant, a-la-carte restaurant, lobby bar, snack bar, snack bar on the beach, Wellness Center, indoor pool (thermal water, no children section in the indoor pool) and outdoor swimming pool (no water heating), fitness, table tennis, billiards, air-hockey, mini football, animation, room service, rent-a-car, shops, iron (free), laundry, medical help, conference hall (2 halls, screen,flipchart, multimedia projector).

DBL standard park: appr. 25 sq.m. (max 2+2), 2 regular beds, extra bed (extensible sofa for 2 children).
DBL standard pool/sea view: appr. 25 sq.m. (max 2+1), 2 regular beds, extra bed (extensible armchair).

In the rooms: AC, flat screen TV, safe in the room (free of charge), free Wi-Fi, minibar (paid according to the price), carpet on the floor, terrace with table and chairs;  shower cabin and bathtub, telephone, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers.

The hotel has rooms with an interior door (interconnect), on the 2nd and 3rd floors, a limited number of rooms, on request, without sea view.

 

DBL deluxe sea view approx. 25 m², (max.2+1), 2 regular beds and one extra bed: folding armchair. Flat TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, safe in the room, coffee maker, individual air-conditioning, hairdryer, minibar (paid according to the price), bathroom with shower, luxury cosmetics in the bathroom, bathrobe and slippers, lighting control, balcony with chairs and table. Panoramic sea views from the high floor. Priority "check-in/time" & "check-out" – 13:00h (upon availability). A "sweet compliment" in the room. "Turn down service" - repeated cleaning and making of the bed. Personal service-personal assistant.  Special mattresses for a comfortable sleep.

*Guests staying in a Deluxe Room can dine at the main restaurant or Monty's Restaurant of their choice throughout their stay (Monty's menu included does not include drinks).

 

Children
Separate outdoor children’s pool, kids’ club from 4 to 12 years accompanied by a parent, baby cots (free, upon request) and baby chairs in the restaurants.

 

Sport and entertainment
Free: outdoor and indoor (thermal) pool, sunbeds and parasols on the beach and by the pool, fitness, table tennis, mini football, billiard, Wi-Fi.

Extra charge: A-la-carte restaurant Monty, SPA center, massages, laundry, hairdresser., drinks in the bars menu assortment, medical help, conference hall.

Pets are not allowed with the exception of small dog breeds (up to 3kg).

Parking – extra charge of 7 EUR/ 24h.

 

All locally paid taxes are subject to change at hotel’s discretion.

All guests of the Astor Garden receive:

15 % discount on the prices on all SPA treatments at the AQUAHOUSE.

10 % discount on the prices of guest’s menu at Monty (a-la-carte restaurant).
